Microteaching Method Based on Hidden Curriculum in University Football Course

In order to adapt to the current ordinary college sports curriculum reform and improve students' physical quality,using the method of psychological measurement and teaching experiment,the authors studied the microteaching method based on the hidden curriculum design in the football course in higher schools. The results showthat the application of the microteaching method based on the hidden curriculum design in football course in higher schools not only can improve the students' skills with remarkable effect,but also is conducive to the cultivation of students' good personali psychological quality.
