Correlations of Body Shape,Relative Strength,Standing Vertical Jump and Height of Depth Jump

To explore correlations of body shape,relative strength,standing vertical jump and the height of depth jump and provide scientific and effective theoretical guidance for designing depth jump exercise,using the methods of literature,testing and mathematical statistics,this article tested the body shape,relative strength and explosive strength and carried out the correlations analysis,unary linear regression analysis and multiple linear gradually regression analysis by the datum.Conclusions: Body weight is negatively correlated( r =- 0. 452) with falling height of depth jump exercise. The greater thebody weight,the lower the falling height; Height of standing vertical jump is positively correlated( r = 0. 609) with falling height of the depth jump exercise. The higher the standing vertical jump,the higher the higher the depth jump; Relative strength was positively correlated( r = 0. 425) with falling height of the depth jump exercise. The greater the relative strength,the greater the depth jump.
