Fitness is vital to footballers, so physical training timetableshould be worked out scientifically in an annual training program. Thetraining of speed, stamina, strength, toughness and dexterousness shouldbe carried out rationally according to training tasks, aifferent trainigperiods, different weather and physical conditions of the footballers.
