Study on the Influence of Different Temperature on the Germination of Prunella Vulgaris Seeds

The effects of temperature on germination of Prunella vulgaris seeds were studied.Seed germination percentage,germination energy and germination index were measured under condition of temperature 17℃,19℃,21℃,23℃,25℃.The result showed that temperatures had significant influence on seed germination percentage,germination energy and germination index.Germination energy was maximum 39.00% in the temperature 21℃.The optimum temperature of germination of Prunella vulgaris seeds was 21℃.
