Design and Realization of the Assembly Line Monitoring System for the Third-generation Automobile Hub Bearing Unit

In order to improve the assembly efficiency and quality of the third-generation wheel hub bearings,a B/S based architecture was adopted to research and develop the monitoring system. First,the OPC technology was used to collect the real-time data of each equipment on the assembly line.At the same time,the point position of the key data information in the PLC program of each device was set; then,the data could be displayed on the browser through the data processing and stored in the built db-ZC-Monitor System database,realizing the purpose of real-time monitoring.Finally,through actual operation test,the system runs well and has the effect of increasing the production efficiency.
