Design of the Walking System for a Tunnel Bolting Trolley

In order to solve the problems of inadequate climbing power,difficult steering and poor braking performance of the tunnel bolting platform,a tunnel bolting system was designed by the method of boundary condition input,and the type selection,bridge checking,walking resistance,running power,steering system and brake in the walking system of the tunnel bolt trolley are made.The key parts and subsystems of the car system were calculated theoretically,and the technical parameters of each component and subsystem were obtained,and the walking system of the tunnel bolt trolley was manufactured and tested. The results show that the design parameters of the key parts and subsystems of the walking system are reasonable and the performance is reliable.
