Objective The present study was to compare the difference of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD),and thus provide suggestion for the treatment of CKD-MBD.Methods Data of 96 patients that received dialysis from the Blood purification center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoyang University from March to December of 2017 were collected.Among them,74 patients received Continue Blood Purification(CBP) and 22 received Continue Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis(CAPD). The serum calcium, serum phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, alkaline phosphatase and daily cost between the two groups were further analyzed using t-test. Results Analysis results showed that there was no significant difference in the serum calcium, serum phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, alkaline phosphatase concentration between CBP and CAPD group(P0. 05).However,the daily cost of CAPD was significantly lower than that of CBP(P0. 05).Conclusion The treatment effect of CBP is similar to that of CAPD,but the latter cost less, consequently,CAPD is superior to CBP and it is worth spreading.
