After intravenous administration of 5-fluorouracil composite emulsion in rabbits, 5-fluorouracil confers the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a two-compartment model on body. α=0.343min~(-1), t_(1/2α)=2min, β=0.0672min~(-1), t_(1/2β)=10.3min. After intravenous administration in mice, the tissue distribution of 5-fluorouracil shows that it maintains a longer period in small intestine,straight intestine,spleen, stomach, and still has a determinable level after 2 hours.
