Expression of Ubiquitin Carboxy-terminal Hydrolase L1 in Liver-yang Forming Wind of Rats

Objective To compare the effect on expression of Ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1 in different syndrome of rats and to explore the underlining meaning.Methods SD rats were divided into three groups: the normal control group,the liver yang hyperactivity(LYH) group,and the liver-yang forming wind group(including both the cerebrovascular hemorrhagic liver-yang forming wind(CHLFW) group and the cerebrovascular ischemia liver-yang forming wind(CILFW) group).The normal control group received no special treatment.The liver-yang hyperactivity group was treated with 4-week Fuzi decoction to produce the LYH model.After treating with 4-week Fuzi decoction,the cerebrovascular hemorrhogic liver-yang forming wind model was made by when Ⅶ type collagenase was stereotaxically injected into the globus pallidus of rats in the CHLFW group,and the cerebrovascular ischemia live-yang forming wind model was made by middle cerebral artery occlusion of rats in the CILFW group.At the end of the experiment,PCR was used to evaluate the ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase LI expressions among these groups.Results As compared with the normal control group and the liver-yang hyperactivity group,UCH L1 decreased significantly(P0.01) in the liver-yang forming wind group.Conclusion The UCH L1 is helpful in degrading abnomal protein.The UCH L1 decreases significantly in liver-yang transforming into winds,which meams the disease has become serious.
