Analysis on Life Quality of Patients With Eye Trauma and its Precaution

Objective To assess the life quality of patients with eye trauma,the influential factors and precaution of trauma.Method Altogether 267 cases with eye trauma were measured by the scale of life quality.Visual acuity and precaution factors were evaluated.Results The scores of life quality of explosive and chemical injury were 50.74±16.82 and 56.87±20.63,being the lowest as compared with other injuries,and the differences were significant(P0.05).The most important influential factors of life quality were biocular visual acuity,workers and thermal burn.The mean score of precautionary awareness was 4.32±3.57,precautionary measures was 2.84±3.90,and knowledge about eye trauma was 3.75±2.06.Conclusions Among all the eye traumas, the life qualities of explosive and chemical injury are worse.The awareness and measures of prevention are not enough,which must be strengthened.
