DOU Yan-guo (Editorial Department, Suzhou Science and Technology Institute, Suzhou 215009 )
Enterprise development is a progressive process during which innovation is a substantive element and a driving force. It is also a process during which the self-value and the social value of an enterprise are realized. The various ethical value relationships and their criteria and norms constitute the basic content of enterprise ethics. The ethical duties of enterprises include the "man-first" principle, the comprehensive value principle and the principle of mutual interests.
