ZHANG Qi;TAN Shuo;The Municipal Government of Suzhou;
Mainland China's reform,which is characterized by"wading across a river by feeling the way",is in consistent with Chinese reality.Seen from the perspective of economics,the reform,which acknowledges the bounded rationality,first of all conforms to the cognitive and evolutionary logic of the institutional change.Moreover,it respects people's initiative,which is more conducive to the development of a stable economic order.Thirdly,it emphasizes efficiency and advocates seeking the truth from practice.Finally,it's helpful to adjust decisions in a dynamical way,which better meets the practical needs of economic and social development.
