Quality Assessment of Inquiry and Answer in CQA:Comparative Study on Baidu Know and Zhihu

With the development and popularity of Web 2.0,Community of Question and Answering system(CQA) has become a major channel for people to gain information.However,since the CQA is filled with users of different knowledge level and they use CQA for different purposes,me information quality of me CQA is unevea The paper establishes the quahty evaluation system of answers in the CQA,selects sample statistics data and sets up grading standards for the indexes.The grading results show that the quahty of answers in Zhihu and Baidu CQA is both relatively ideal.However,the comparative analysis of the two shows that the quahty of the answers in the former are better than those of the latter.
