Application of Beam-type Inclination Sensor in Long-term Monitoring of Bridge State

For the high speed railway bridges existing and under construction,there is no yet one set of technically and economically viable monitoring systems to implement a long-term and systematic safety monitoring of their operation states. Through theoretical analysis and simulation test,this paper shows that,by using beam-type inclination sensor to test bridge structure deformation,the deflection curve of the bridge and the relative settlement of the bridge pier can be calculated,and then the aim of mastering the bridge operation safety state can be achieved.With the use of the data acquisition equipment and monitoring platform,we can realize the long-term and systematic safety monitoring for operation states of large number of bridges.
