Design of CWR on Through Arch Bridge and Analysis of Inf luential Factors of Longitudinal Forces

Based on the interaction between girder and track and mechanical characteristics of through arch bridge,longitudinal force calculation model of CWR on through arch bridge was established. Six different laying schemes were analyzed to select the best one.On this basis,the influences of arch rib,hanger rod, load condition and pier stiffness on longitudinal forces were analyzed.The analysis shows that,when a set of one-way rail telescopic adjusting device is arranged on the left end of the continuous girder and the pointed rail is located on the left side span of the arch bridge,the rail longitudinal force is the minimum. The influences of the arch rib and hanger rod on the expansion force are large,and on the braking force and fracture value are small.It is suggested to select the full spans of the arch bridge to locate load for the calculation of the rail braking force,a nd to set the broken rail in the vicinity of the continuous girder end for the calculation of fracture value.The calculation result has a large safety reserve.The arch rib is drawn when the train is running, so it is suggested that the arch rib of through arch bridge should be concrete-filled steel tube structure.
