The Range and Poetic Sense of Poets' Association With Taoist Priests in Tang Dynasty

Making someone a Taoist priest,sending a Taoist priest back to a mountain and visting a Taoist priest in a mountain were the three major ways in which a poet associated himself with Taoist priests.People became Taoist priests for various reasons and usually poets responded to it affirmatively.Poets in Tang Dynasty associated themselves with Taoist priests for reasons such as studying knowledge and medicine,gathering the mystical excursion into the realm of the immortals.Practising as ceticism of Taoist priests became the cause of their landscape poems.
