Historical Interpretation of the British Legal Culture——A Case Study of the Writ System

The British legal culture is typical of laying greater emphasis on tradition,so it is universally recognized that its historical interpretation is an effective approach.On the basis of the writ system,The British Common Law has developed into the current flourishing stage.A case study of the writ system is of great help in interpreting the British legal culture and mastering its essence.Study of the foreign legal culture is helpful to reflect the gains and losses in introducing the western laws,meanwhile,it can provide referential value to the Chinese legal culture with the characteristics of the times.
