Reflections on the Japanese Movie Okuribito from the Perspective of Sociology

The Japanese movie Okuribito tells how a cellist named Daigo Kobayashi becomes an okuribito,reveals the protagonist's inner struggle and final choice when his dream conflicts with the reality of life.The living show their respect to the dead through this special job,and Daigo Kobayashi's survival value and meaning are also presented,love and hatred between husband and wife,father and son are also interpreted.All these can help the audience to get a better understanding of the Japanese society and spiritual world.
