Kant's Theory about the Legality and Morality of Human Behavior

YU Le(College of Politics and Law,Chongqing University of Arts and Science,Chongqing 402160,China)
Kant's theory about the moral value of human behavior provides a proper theoretical framework to distinguish the value of human behavior and locate the moral image of human beings. The concept of legality opens great free space for human action from perceptual motives, which is a great opportunity either for the dignity of moral law and the freedom of human beings.Kant clarifies the pure morality as a criterion for reflection and moral model, which is very important for the expansion and promotion of human moral life.
