Application of Molecular Imprinting Technique in Biochemical Separation and Analysis

Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) have attracted much attention due to their outstanding advantages,such as selective recognition to target molecule,stability and potential application to a wide range of target molecules.In recent years,it has been used widely in the separation and analysis of biochemical samples.This review introduces the basic principle of molecular imprinting technique(MIT),the preparation of biologic molecularly imprinted polymers and the progress of the MIT application in the separation and analysis of amino acid,biologic alkaloid,peptides and proteins.96 papers were cited.
