Civilian Architecture:Why and How can They Grow

Civilian architecture is based on the expectation of citizen.It is read as a shared power space,practical participation space and everyday autonomy space of citizen.The results from questionnaire on the knowing of the architecture show that people now recognize the importance of participation,the local way of civilian architecture and the possibility of architecture autonomy. However due to reasons from the loss of discourse power in architecture and lack of participatory system,there is still a long way to go to achieve civilian architecture.
