Empirical Study of Influence of Transformational Leadership on Team Innovation Performance

This paper starts from the perspective of team learning to construct the conceptual model of the influence of transformational leadership on team innovation performance under the information condition. Using 335 questionnaires from innovation team, the paper employs Structural Equation Model and regression model method to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on team innovation performance under the condition of informatization. The results show that transformational leadership has a significantly positive effect on team innovation performance; team learning plays an intermediary role between transformational leadership and team innovation performance; informatization plays a positive role in the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership on team innovation performance.
