Temperature Control in a 3D Printer

3D printing is a new kind of manufacturing technology originating from rapid prototyping technology and has a wide range of applications.In recent years,the technique has gained a rapid development and there are more and more materials that can be printed.In a 3D printer,the temperature control system is very important as it directly relates to the effect of the printing products.This paper mainly studies the temperature control module in a 3D printer.The design uses a metal platinum thermal resistance as the temperature sensor and adopts a closed-loop temperature control system.In order to guarantee the stability of the system,an integrated single supply instrumentation amplifier AD623 was added to the hardware design.In addition,an interference treatment was added in the software design.
