The Finite Element Analysis of the GJF High Pressure Insulationg Flanges

The loads of the GJF high pressure insulating flanges are complex,and the pressures go beyond the extend of present design code. IN order to go through with research subject on the GJF high pressure insulating flanges, mechanical model is set up really and the loads of the high pressure insulating flanges is simulated by making use of the Super SAP finite element analysis program. The computation results are satisfactory. Thus,the present work lay foundation for evaluating correctly the work principles of the high pressure insulatng flanges and optimizing design.
