The Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures About the Teacher Occupation Burn-out in the New Curriculum Reforms

The new curriculum reform is advantageous in improving the teachers'specialization level,but it's also a serious challenge to teachers.In the new curriculum reform,the teacher is easy to have the role conflict and fuzzy,the experience of not being competent in the work and the low sense of achievement and so on,is easy to fall into the occupation tired,which forms the negative influence to the teachers'career development and the new curriculum success implementation. Therefore in the practice of the new curriculum reforms,some strategies such as improving the environment of the curriculum implement and the teacher's own quality,should be adopted to prevent and solve this kind of problems,realize the teacher and the curriculum develop together.
