The Construction of Foreign Language Teachers' Network Learning Community from the Perspective of Activity Theory

The internationalization of education and the popularization of information have promoted the de-velopment of teachers' learning community and provided an opportunity for the construction of network learningcommunity for foreign language teachers. In order to achieve a common teaching or academic goal, a foreign language teachers' network learning community is constructed by means of communication and coordination, and amodel of network learning community for foreign language teachers should be constructed based on activity theoryby optimizing the evaluation system of foreign language teachers, improving the information and communicationtechnology literacy of foreign language teachers, clarifying the division of labor, advocating multi-learning activities of foreign language teachers, optimizing the information technology environment and promoting the professional development of foreign language teachers.
