Literacy of Composition in Middle School: Elements, Cultivation and Promotion

Literacy of composition is the correct writing attitudes and skills developed by students after listen-ing, reading and speaking. Literacy of composition in middle school is the embodiment of writing literacy in mid-dle school.At present, there are many problems in middle school composition writing, such as lack of knowledge,weak ability, lack of affection and so on. According to Chinese Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education, thewriter summarizes three teaching methods based on the experts' experience and the theory of composition teach-ing in middle schools to improve the writing literacy in middle schools, such as implementing life-oriented teach-ing and constructing"three libraries"to accumulate writing knowledge, establishing"listening, speaking, readingand writing"to train ability as promotion mechanisms and building a pleasant teaching environment in class and setting up evaluation system to cultivate the emotional factors in writing.
