Handling the Boundary Conditions during Cooling in 3D Tanperauire Field Simulation in Low Pressure Die-casting

According to the characteristics of thermal exchange, various types of cooling interface in low pressure die-casting were approximately classified into 3 types. Aimed to the individual type, taking account of its parameters of the cooling medium and pipeline, the corrsponding calculating model was established. Simulation for actual casting was performed by developed calculating program.
