Al/ZK60/Al composite plates were prepared by accumulative roll bonding. The effects of deformation passes on the microstructure and properties of ZK60/Al composite sheets were investigated by SEM,TEM,universal tensile testing machine and dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA).The results show that the interface of the composite plates with different deformation passes is well-bonded and there is no obvious necking or fracture. The tensile strength of ZK60/Al composite plate is increased firstly and then decreased. After ARB1 pass, the tensile strength of the composite plate is 216 MPa,and the elongation reaches 2.6%.The temperature-damping spectra of ZK60/Al multilayer composite sheet has two obvious internal friction peaks,namely,P1 relaxation type damping peak at about 150 ℃ and P2 recrystallization damping peak at about 300℃.The strain-damping spectrum of ZK60/Al multilayer composite sheet presents a typical dislocation damping mechanism, and the strain damping can be analyzed by G-L theory.
