Effects of Magnetic Pulse on the Crystallization Structure and Magnetic Properties of Fe-based Amorphous Alloys

Microstructure and magnetic properties of Fe64 Ni1 Al4.5 Cu0.5 Ga2 P9.65 B9.6 Si3 C5.75 amorphous alloy after magnetic pulse treatment and crystallization annealing were investigated by XRD and VSM.The XRD results show that after magnetic pulse treatment,the type and crystal volume fraction of precipitates in the alloy after crystallization are increased with decreasing in the grain size,and grain refinement occurs.The VSM results reveal that the Msof the alloy is increased,however,the residual magnetization Mr,the remanence ratio Mr/Msand the coercive force Hcare decreased,so the soft magnetic properties of the alloy are improved.
