Analysis of Excitation on the Microwave Cavity for Miniaturized Rubidium Atomic Frequency Standard

Based on the research on the microminiaturization of the rubidium atomic frequency standard, the Green function method is used to study the frequency change of the microwave cavity under electric excitation. Based on these, the microwave cavityand its excitation probeare manufactured, and the resonance condition of the dielectric resonator under this excitation is measured.Tested results demonstratethatthe TE101 mode is excited when the 50Ωcoaxial probe is used to stimulate the resonator. The resonant frequency can reach 6.83 GHz and the electromagnetic field is evenly distributed. The excitation method is low in processing cost and good in excitation effect, and is suitable for the rubidium gas chamber type micro atomic frequency standard?
