Adaptability Analysis of aircraft Random Vibration process method

In the process of aircraft production and manufacture, it is necessary to simulate the operating state of the aircraft under actual operating conditions through vibration experiments.Engineering random vibration experiment is one of the most important methods for screening environmental stress of aircraft. Its main purpose is to eliminate the potential safety hidden danger caused by itself or installation problems in aircraft production, and to detect aircraft faults as early as possible.At the same time, there is no effect on the key parts of the aircraft.Under this background, this paper analyzes and discusses the adaptability of aircraft random vibration technology, and verifies the adaptability of aircraft environmental stress screening technology by means of random vibration experiment. In turn, it can provide an important guarantee for the reliability of aircraft production?
