Self-propagating High-Temperature Synthesis of Aluminium Nitride in High-pressurized Nitrogen Atmosphere

Through combustion of aluminium powder in pressurized nitrogell atmosphere, alunliniunl nitride(AIN) containing 11igher content of nitrogell ac.as prepared by self-propagating high-temperature (combustioll) synthesis (SHS) method. The effects of diluent content, additive content, nitrogen pressure, relative density of reactants, thickness of reactants on the SHS of AId under pressurized nitrogen were studied.
