Structural transformation of Subnano BaTiO_3-based Ferroelectric Ceramics

The structural transformation of partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ)-doped subnano BaTion ferroelectric ceramics was investigated. It is fotmd that the phase structure and wtcrostructure is substantially innuenced by the "neness, dispersion, distribution and diffusion in three-dimension sauce of PSZ. Aproptiate doping amount of PSZ can retard the growth of BaTion grain and the grains transform from tetragonal to pseudocubic gradually able becoming smaller caused by more PSZ doped. The growth of coresshell structure can be promoted by enough doping amount. Both above can improve the electricmwhanic properties of subnano BaTiO3 cerndcs. Poor dispersion of PSZ will give rise to unusual growth of PSZ grain, batch cause nigh stress and cracks in ceramics and deteriorate the properties.
