The Development Model of PARCC Assessment System and Its Characteristic in American's Basic Education

Due to the demands of promoting the implementation of the Common CoreState Standards and the building of national assessment system,American government hasdecided to support the development of PARCC assessment system. The development modelof PARCC assessment system includes:buildiing the cooperation organization;applying evi-dence-centered design and universal design;standardized development process. The Char-acteristics of PARCC assessment system's development model include:establishing the ad-vocay coalition;embodying the design principles of equity and evidence;applying scientificprocedure based on Common Core State Standards.
