SOLUTION EQUILIBRIA OF N (1)-SUBSTITUTIVE 5-FLUOROURACIL DERIVATES AND THEIR COORDINATION COMPOUNDS WITH Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) AND Ni(Ⅱ)

Dissociation constants of ten N(1) substitutive 5-Fluouracil derivates and cumulative stability constants of their coordination compounds with Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) were determined pH-metrically in the medium 0.1mol.dm~(-3) KNO_3 at several temperatures. The ΔH~0, ΔG~0 and ΔS~0 of the protonation reaction of the five 5-fluouracil derivates and their coordination reactions with Cu(Ⅱ) were calculated by the temperature coefficient method.
