Dielectric properties of Bi_2O_3-CaO-ZnO-Nb_2O_5 system ceramic

The dielectric properties of Bi_(2)O_(3)-CaO-ZnO-Nb_(2)O_(5) systemceramic is investigated by XRD,SEM,HP4140B micro electricalcurrent galvanometer and HP4274Aimpedanceanalysis instrument. Dielectric constant critical temperature and dielectricloss critical temperatureare first defined.The result of test shows that Bi_(2)O_(3)-CaO-ZnO-(Nb_2O_5) systemceramicis stable in high frequency. Its crystal structureis a pure cubic pyrochlore and it has uniform α phase structure in best sintering temperatureand heat-kept time. Its dielectric constant(ε_(r)≈81)is high and stable and its dielectric loss(tgδ≈-1.0×10~(-4))is low in a very widen frequency band. Its dielectric constant is linear relation with temperature belowcritical temperature and fiercely increasesabove critical temperature. Its dielectric loss is nearly unvaried below critical temperatureand fiercely increasesabove critical temperature. Critical temperatureincreases with frequencyincreasing.
