Research progress in doping modification of LiFePO_4/C cathode materials

LiFePO_4/C has been regarded as one of the most promising cathode material for power lithium-ion batteries due to its attractive properties,such as remarkable thermal stability,low cost,excellent cycling performance,and environmental benignity.Therefore,it attracted a lot of attentions in the lithium-ion battery industry.But the development of this cathode material was constrained by its low electrical conductivity and slow diffusion rate of Li+.The crystal structure,performance,principle of charging and discharging,and doping mechanism were also introduced.Especially,the research progress in doping modification of the LiFePO_4/C materials in recent years was reviewed.
