Recycle of diamond micro-powder from waste liquid resin via alkali decomposition and water classification method

Experiments of recycling diamond micro-powder from waste liquid resin via alkali decomposition and water classification method were carried out,and recycling mass of diamond micro-powder was also tested.Results showed that,during the alkali decomposition to waste liquid resin,sodium hydroxide solution decomposed the liquid resin well;the more decomposition times handled by sodium hydroxide solution,the better waste liquid resin separated from diamond micro-powder;after being alkali washed by four or five times,it can separate waste liquid resin from diamond micro-powder,realizing the separation of solid-liquid completely.Water classification method can separate diamond micro-powder from Si C micro-powder,and the final recycling rate of diamond micro-powder reached 92%.
