Time needed for reaching constant speed when measuring liquid viscosity using falling-ball method

In the experiment of measuring liquid viscosity using falling-ball method,the interval for the ball to reach constant speed in the liquid is analyzed with theory and experiment. The result indicates that the interval is quite short,and that the viewpoint that it will take quite a long time for the ball to fall during this process is incorrect.
