Measurement of small changes of pressure and flow rate in fluid using optical lever

The small changes of pressure and flow rate in fluid were converted to the liquid level changes in U-tube or pressure-measuring tube.Using optical lever,the small displacement of the liquid level was converted to the obvious displacement of the laser spot to realize the measurement of the small change of the liquid pressure.The experimental results showed that the displacement of the light spot and change of liquid pressure were linearly dependent,the measurement had high sensitivity and the reliability.
