Measuring the superconducting volume fraction of Co-doped iron-based single crystal superconductor

Centimeter-sized NaFe_(1-x)Co_xAs single crystal plates were grown using self-flux method.Non-linear M-H data showed that NaFe_(1-x)Co_xAs belongs to the second type of superconductors with a superconducting mixing zone.According to the Meissner effect of superconductor,the superconducting volume fraction in the lower critical field was 100%,the superconducting volume fractions of the series of Co-doped samples were calculated.Compared with NaFe_(1-x)Co_xAs superconducting phase diagram,it was shown that the larger the superconducting volume fraction,the higher the transition temperature of the superconductor,and the better the superconducting performance.
