Analyses the Influence of Lab Testing Blood Coagulation Factor

Objective To investigate the influence of blood clots,test,in the hope of improving detection results factors of accuracy.Methods 80 cases of our medical extract blood samples in three teams respectively,respectively,in a test tube in take blood finished,4,8,12,24h separation,serum,use,ETAGO blood clots and supporting the reagent for analyzing respectively in room temperature (20~28℃) clotting test,measurement prothrombin time (PT),activate part blood coagulation time (APTT) live enzymes,fibrinogen (FIB) and thrombin asked (TT),and will these three times measurement indicators for comparison,in conjunction with the relevant literature and clinical practice of clotting factors affecting the test are analyzed.Results In 4h APTT within 8h in determination of PT and the results in immediate measurement results have no obvious difference (P0.05).But within 24h FIB,TT within test results have no obvious difference (P0.05).Conclusion Clotting factors affecting the test,there are many,but time is an unavoidable aspect,specimens in finish testing,presents to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
