A method for analyzing reliability of steam bags and pipelines to resist fatigue fracture

An analytical method of probability fatigue fracture to solve the problem of fatigue fracture of circulation process of steam bag and pipeline in power station, is put forward. On the basis of considering the initial fatigue quality status of steam bag and pipeline and the deterioration and disintegration of material under steam bag and pipeline fatigue condition and randomicity of crack germination and propagation, the objective function of fatigue fracture invalidation of steam bag and pipeline based on the length of crack guide line, is established. In the meantime, the approximate probability analysis method with JC method and calculating the probability of fatigue crack length exceed, are given also.
