Sketch network of waterlogging control and drainage system and its core

In this paper, we gave strictly the mathematical description of sketch network, which is generally used in irrigation and drainage system. We also determined the function of every part of sketch network in detail. In order to measure the contribution of every element of the system and to determine the most important element, the definition of core degree and core is introduced. At last, an algorithm to calculate core and a case study are presented.
