Comparison of changes of structural morphologies of 10CrMo910 steel between accelerated high-temperature experiments and practical conditions

Based on the Larson-Miller formula,two accelerated high-temperature experiments with stress and without stress on the 10CrMo910 steel main stream pipe are carried out.To find out the differences between the experiments and the sample after 15×10~4 h running,the two results on both the microstructural morphologies and the carbides are analyzed and compared.The results show that the infection of the experiment with stress is more than the one without stress on the changes of microstructural morphologies,alloy element re-distribution and the carbides distribution;but,the infection of the practical condition is more than the accelerated high-temperature experiments on the above two aspects.
