Knowledge warehouse based on XML topic maps

The traditional database search and web search are time-consuming and low accurate information collecting method,which are unable to meet the need for faster and more accurate analysis capability in intelligent analysis domain.To solve the problem,a kind of multi-ontology analysis framework consisted of orthogonal matrix made up of multi-dimensional ontology model and temporal model is researched;and then multi-dimension knowledge warehouse based on XML topic maps is constructed,which is developed to implement the accurate and efficient storing and retrieving for knowledge of semantic level.The method for constructing knowledge warehouse is applied to a national defense basic pre-research item in a certain institute;and favorable results are achieved.
