Analysis of the Time Value of Fund in Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique Network

Cai Bin Mi Yingying (College of Hydroelectric Engineering)  
On the basis of graphical evaluation and review technique network model, this paper concentrates on the time value of fund and searches the solution of the cost parameter. First, it makes use of the analytics of signal flow scheme theory. Second, it makes use of simulation analytics of simulation technology. Besides, taking the generating unit installation for the left bank power house of the Three Gorges Project for example, the cost of generating unit installation is researched.
