Analysis of the fast detection capability on site of infectious diseases and medical field in the provincial health supervision institutions

[Object] To evaluate the status of in site fast detection of Infectious diseases and medical field. [Methods] A written and operation test was used for 29 representatives of each provincial health supervision institutions. The total score was 100, which contains 40 points for the written test and 60 points for operation test. The operation test contains ultraviolet radiation detection and surface contamination test, 30 points respectively. [Results]The average score was 84.6 points(31.5 points for written test,25.6 points for ultraviolet radiation detection, and 27.6 for surface contamination test), the main lose points were improper probe position, the major relative error of detection results, the illicit expression of results, and the nonstandard sampling procedure. [Conclusion] Health supervision institutions should attach more importance to site fast detection.
