A HPLC method for determination of maltose content in IVIG

GAO Xue jun,FENG De jie,LI Shu,et al.(Lan zhou Institute of Biological products,Lanzhou 730046)  
HPLC method was developed for determination of maltose in IVIG,NH column was used in this investigation.First,protein was precipitated by sulphosalicylic a acid and centrifuged,then the supernatant was analysed by HPLC.Three grade calibration curves were set up by external standard method.This method is fast and accurate in comparision with the chemical method.
